Summary
This study compares two different laser power settings (high pulse vs low pulse) during a minimally invasive surgery called mini-PCNL to remove kidney stones larger than 20 mm. About 70 adults will take part to see which setting works faster and causes fewer complications like fever or bleeding. The goal is to find the safest and most effective way to break up large kidney stones.
