First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether a single session of laser treatment right after gum graft surgery could reduce pain and help the wound heal faster. 36 healthy adults took part, and half received the laser while the other half got standard care. Researchers measured pain levels, wound size, and how quickly the tissue healed over the first few days.
