Summary
This study compares newer laser techniques for cataract or vision correction surgery to see which causes less inflammation and helps eyes heal better. Researchers will measure natural antioxidants in tears and eye fluid before and after surgery in 1,000 adults. The goal is to find out if certain lasers reduce stress on the eye and improve recovery.
