Laser-Ultrasonic duo takes on tooth pain

Summary
This study tests whether using a special laser along with standard ultrasonic cleaning can reduce pain and kill more bacteria after a root canal. About 120 adults with infected single-root teeth will be treated and asked to rate their pain. The goal is to find a better way to manage discomfort and improve healing.
