Can light therapy needles ease stroke shoulder pain?

Summary
This study tests if laser acupuncture can reduce shoulder pain and improve movement in people who have had a stroke. About 58 adults with shoulder pain starting 7 days to 6 months after their stroke will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if this needle-free approach helps them recover better.
