Summary
This study is testing a new tool that presents lab results in a personalized way to help older adults better understand their kidney disease or diabetes-related test numbers. Researchers want to see if this approach reduces anxiety compared to standard lab reports. They'll work with 5 older adults and their doctors to test how easy the tool is to use and whether it improves comprehension.
