Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, L19TNF and lomustine, in 90 adults whose glioblastoma (a fast-growing brain cancer) has come back or worsened. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose by monitoring side effects and survival at 12 months. Participants must have confirmed tumor progression and a good performance status.
