NCT ID NCT07492446
Summary
This study tested whether taking an L-carnitine supplement for 21 days could help young male athletes recover better from tough workouts. Researchers wanted to see if it reduced muscle damage and soreness after high-intensity exercise. They compared the supplement against a placebo (a dummy pill) in 30 participants.
