Summary
This is a very early study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new cell therapy called KT032. It is for adults with advanced ovarian cancer, mesothelioma, or colon cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy involves collecting and modifying a patient's own immune cells to target a protein found on these tumors, then injecting them back into the abdomen.
