Summary
This early-phase study tests a new cell therapy called KT032 in 24 adults with advanced solid tumors (ovarian, mesothelioma, colon cancer) that have spread to the abdomen and haven't responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose, while also seeing if it helps control the disease. Participants must have tumors with a specific marker called mesothelin.
