Summary
This early-phase study tests a new cell therapy called KT032 in 24 adults with advanced solid tumors (ovarian, mesothelioma, colon cancer) that have spread to the abdomen. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, not to cure the disease. Participants must have tried standard treatments without success.
