Summary
This study tests a new vaccine made from engineered bacteria that targets KRAS mutations in colorectal and pancreatic cancer. It is given after surgery and chemotherapy to patients at high risk of recurrence. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and can help prevent the cancer from coming back.
