New drug targets tough cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called KQB365 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have KRAS G12S or G12C mutations and no standard treatment options. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if KQB365 alone or combined with other drugs (cetuximab or KQB198) can shrink tumors. About 140 participants will receive weekly infusions and be closely monitored for side effects and response.
