NCT ID NCT07703371
First seen Jul 14, 2026 · Last updated Jul 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study investigates whether drinking a fiber-rich kodo millet porridge every day for 12 weeks can improve gut bacteria diversity and metabolic health in overweight or obese adults. Participants will consume a standardized porridge beverage while keeping their usual diet and activity. The goal is to see if this simple food supplement can help reduce risks like insulin resistance and high cholesterol.
