Summary
This study tests whether a patient-navigation-based exercise program before knee replacement surgery helps people recover better. 84 adults with knee osteoarthritis scheduled for a total knee replacement will be enrolled. The program focuses on exercises done before surgery to improve pain, stiffness, and physical function after the operation.
