Prepping for knee surgery from home: new study tests virtual prehab

Summary
This study tests whether a home-based, video-call program before knee replacement surgery helps people recover better. Forty adults scheduled for knee replacement will either get the program or standard advice. The goal is to see if the program is safe, doable, and improves pain, movement, and quality of life.
