First seen Jun 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a home-based program before knee replacement surgery can help people recover faster and feel better prepared. The goal is to see if the program is safe, doable, and helpful for improving pain, movement, and quality of life.
