Summary
This study looked at two different nerve-blocking techniques used to manage pain after total knee replacement surgery. Researchers observed 90 patients to see which method better controlled pain and helped patients get up and moving sooner after their operation. The goal was to find the approach that reduces the need for strong opioid painkillers and supports faster recovery.
