Summary
This study looked at two different methods of numbing nerves to control pain after total knee replacement surgery. Researchers observed 90 patients to see which method better reduced pain and helped patients get up and walk sooner after their operation. The goal was to find which approach uses less opioid pain medication while supporting faster recovery.
