Can a natural supplement blend soothe aching knees?

NCT ID NCT06581094

Summary

This study tested whether a daily dietary supplement containing UC-II (a type of collagen), glucosamine, and curcumin could help reduce pain and inflammation in people with chronic knee pain. Thirty-two participants were given either the supplement or a placebo for a period of time. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, knee stiffness, mobility, and blood markers of inflammation.
