NCT ID NCT06581094
Summary
This study tested whether a daily supplement containing UC-II (a special type of collagen), glucosamine, and curcumin could help people with chronic knee pain. Thirty-two adults with knee pain took either the supplement or a placebo for a period of time. Researchers measured changes in their pain levels, knee stiffness, mobility, and markers of inflammation in the blood.
