New study aims to find best pain block for knee surgery patients

Summary
This study will compare two types of nerve blocks (iPACK and BiFeS) to see which provides better pain relief after total knee replacement surgery. About 100 adults aged 18-75 will be randomly assigned to receive one of the blocks. The goal is to improve pain control, reduce the need for strong painkillers, and help patients get moving sooner after surgery.
