New knee injection could ease Post-Surgery pain

Summary
This study tests whether injecting tramadol, with or without dexamethasone, into the knee after arthroscopy reduces pain better than a placebo. About 135 adults having minor knee surgery will be randomly assigned to one of three groups. The goal is to find a simple way to improve pain control and reduce the need for extra painkillers.
