Summary

This study tests whether a paste made from ejiao (donkey-hide gelatin) can ease knee pain in people with osteoarthritis who also have a pattern called Qi and Blood Deficiency. About 60 adults aged 40 to 75 will use the paste or a dummy paste for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if pain scores improve.
