Summary
This study compares Basic Body Awareness Therapy (BBAT) — a gentle, mindful movement approach — to standard physiotherapy and home exercises for people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers want to see if BBAT can improve pain, muscle strength, balance, and quality of life better than usual care. About 63 adults aged 40-74 with moderate knee osteoarthritis will participate.
