First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study compares Basic Body Awareness Therapy (BBAT), a gentle mind-body movement approach, to conventional physiotherapy and home exercises for people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will measure pain, strength, balance, and quality of life in 63 adults aged 40-74 with moderate knee arthritis. The goal is to see if BBAT helps people stay active and manage symptoms better on their own.
