Summary
This study tested two manual therapy techniques—myofascial release and strain counter strain—in 44 adults aged 40 to 65 with knee osteoarthritis. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain, improves movement, and boosts quality of life. Participants had grade 2 osteoarthritis and were overweight or obese.
