This study tested two different treatments for knee osteoarthritis in 44 adults aged 40-60. One group received a special hands-on therapy called the Fascial Distortion Model, while the other did standard hamstring stretches. Researchers measured pain, stiffness, and physical function over 4 weeks to see which approach worked better.
