Summary

This study will compare three common injection treatments for knee osteoarthritis: steroids, dextrose prolotherapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Seventy-two adults aged 40 to 80 with moderate to severe knee arthritis will receive one of the three injections. Researchers will measure pain and function over time to see which option provides the best and longest-lasting relief.
