Summary
This study tested whether a specific type of leg strengthening exercise (eccentric isokinetic) works better than standard exercises for people with knee osteoarthritis. 40 adults aged 40-70 with one-sided knee arthritis participated. The goal was to see if this exercise could improve muscle strength, walking speed, and reduce pain.
