This study looked at whether a specific type of strength training (eccentric isokinetic exercises) is better than standard exercises for people with knee osteoarthritis. Forty adults aged 40-70 with one-sided knee arthritis participated. The goal was to see if this exercise could improve muscle strength, walking speed, and reduce pain.
