Knee brace after surgery: a simple trick for better movement?
NCT ID NCT07552415
First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether wearing a knee brace for 10 days after revision knee replacement surgery helps patients regain better knee movement after 3 months. About 170 adults having revision knee replacement for non-infection reasons will be split into two groups: one wears a brace and avoids bending exercises, the other follows standard physical therapy. The goal is to see if a short period of immobilization improves range of motion.
