Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new gene therapy called KLN-1010 for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. Instead of removing cells and engineering them in a lab, this therapy works inside the body to create special immune cells that target and attack the cancer. The study will enroll about 70 participants to check safety and find the right dose.
