NCT ID NCT07421583
First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at whether kinesiology tape, a popular elastic tape used by athletes, can improve speed, agility, and jumping power in soccer players right after it is applied. Twenty-four teen soccer players (ages 14-18) will be randomly assigned to get either real kinesiology tape or a fake sham tape. They will then do sprint, agility, and jump tests to see if the tape makes a difference.
