Taping away tension: simple combo eases student headaches

Summary
This study looked at whether adding kinesio taping to posture correction exercises could reduce tension-type headaches in university students. Fifty-two students aged 18-25 with frequent headaches took part. The results showed that the combination approach may help lower headache intensity and frequency better than exercises alone.
