First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study is testing a web-based program called Kindred to see if it helps African American families better understand their genetic cancer risk and get tested for hereditary cancer syndromes. About 150 people will use the online tool to learn about their test results and how to talk with relatives about cancer risk. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for future, larger studies.
