First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study tested whether giving children with pulmonary hypertension two oral medications (sildenafil and bosentan) right away works better than giving just one (sildenafil alone). The main goal was to see if the combination helped children breathe easier and be more active after 12 months. The trial enrolled 28 children who had not yet received long-term treatment for this condition.
