First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study tested whether giving children with pulmonary hypertension two oral medications (sildenafil and bosentan) right from the start works better than giving just one (sildenafil alone). The goal was to see if the two-drug approach improved their physical activity level and slowed disease worsening over 12 months. The trial enrolled 28 children who had not yet received long-term treatment for this condition.
