Summary
This study tests three different approaches given during donor anesthesia to help the new kidney work better right after transplant. The goal is to see which method—mannitol, dopamine, or extra fluids—best improves kidney function. The study involves 60 adults with end-stage kidney disease receiving a living-donor kidney transplant. Results may help doctors choose the best anesthesia care to protect the transplanted kidney.
