Summary
This study tested how the drug AZD6234 moves through the body in people with different levels of kidney function, from mild to end-stage disease, compared to healthy volunteers. A total of 24 adults received a single injection of the drug. The goal was to see if kidney problems change drug levels and safety, which helps doctors decide on proper dosing.
