Summary
This study is testing if a weekly injection called survodutide can help protect kidney function in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD). It will involve 120 participants who have signs of early kidney damage. The main goal is to see if the treatment can safely and significantly reduce protein in the urine, a key marker of kidney health.
