NCT ID NCT06580678
First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This early study tested a gel called KH001 on 12 adults with cavities in their wisdom teeth. The goal was to see if the gel could help the tooth naturally regrow its inner layer (dentin). Participants received the gel on the cavity, and later the tooth was removed and examined under a microscope to check for new dentin growth. The study also tracked any side effects and checked overall mouth health.
