First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining a ketosis supplement with 30 minutes of treadmill exercise can increase a brain protein called BDNF and improve thinking skills. It focuses on healthy adults aged 18-35, especially those with a specific gene variant (Met allele). Participants will try both the supplement and a placebo on separate days, with blood tests and cognitive assessments before and after exercise.
