Leg pain relief breakthrough: One-Dose injection during surgery may keep you comfortable longer

Summary
This study tests whether giving the painkiller ketorolac directly into a leg (after a tourniquet is tightened) during lower limb orthopedic surgery can extend pain relief after the operation. About 76 adults having elective leg surgery under spinal anesthesia will be randomly assigned to receive either ketorolac or a placebo. The main goal is to see how long it takes before patients first ask for additional pain medicine.
