Ketone drink may boost exercise in heart failure patients

Summary
This study tests whether drinking a ketone supplement for 8 weeks can improve exercise ability in people with a type of heart failure called HFpEF. Twenty adults with stable heart failure will try both the ketone drink and a placebo drink at different times, without knowing which is which. The main goal is to see if the drink helps them do more during a treadmill test.
