This early-phase study tested whether adding a 4-month ketogenic diet to standard radiation and chemotherapy is safe and doable for people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer. Twenty-one adults followed personalized meal plans designed to keep their bodies in ketosis while receiving standard care. Researchers monitored side effects, weight changes, and how well participants stuck with the diet.
