Summary

This study tests whether a modified ketogenic (low-carb, high-fat) diet can help people with alcohol use disorder drink less. Fifty adults who have recently had alcohol will follow the diet for a period, and researchers will measure their drinking levels and cravings. The goal is to see if changing what you eat can support cutting back on alcohol.
