Summary
This study tests whether a modified ketogenic diet (very low in carbs) can help people with alcohol use disorder reduce their drinking. Fifty adults with the condition will follow the diet and receive nutritional counseling. Researchers will measure how well participants stick to the diet and whether their alcohol intake drops.
