Summary

This study tests whether a modified ketogenic (low-carb, high-fat) diet can help people with alcohol use disorder reduce their drinking. Fifty adults with the condition will follow the diet and be monitored for up to 72 hours after their last drink. Researchers will track diet adherence, ketone levels, and changes in alcohol consumption and cravings.
