Summary

This study looks at 40 people with heart disease and weak heart pumping who are having bypass surgery. It compares two drug combinations (ketamine with lidocaine vs. ketamine with fentanyl) used to put patients to sleep. The goal is to see which combination better keeps blood flowing to the brain during surgery.
