Summary

This pilot study is testing whether ketamine infusions, followed by a brief behavioral therapy, can help veterans with chronic low back pain and depression. The study will enroll 44 veterans and measure changes in pain interference and mood. The goal is to see if this approach is safe, acceptable, and worth testing in a larger trial.
